Life gets in the way sometimes, however usually not repeatedly under the same circumstances. To be fair to us both I have the following policies in effect. Usually a professional is concerned when, you, as the client, cancel or reschedule, however they take no notice of how it affects you when they cancel or reschedule. I've taken this into consideration and made this policy for both of us.
Canceling and/or Rescheduling MUST be made "TWO" business days prior to your scheduled appointment.
Canceling and/or rescheduling made with less than two business days will be treated as follows:
First time...Forgiven. (For both of us.)
Second time...25% of scheduled service will need to be paid before you can make another appointment. (If I cancel or reschedule a second time, I will give you a 25% discount.)
Third time...50% of scheduled service will need to be paid. (If I cancel or reschedule a third time, I will give you a 50% discount.)
Fourth time...You will be required to pay for all services in advance from now on. (I will not do this to you a fourth time.)
